Outlying Singapore hotels advisory: Guests staying at selected Singapore hotels will be met by our driver at the hotel driveway, who will arrange for a courtesy private shuttle to our central office (30 miles from downtown Singapore) to meet our English-speaking guide, before heading up to Kuala Lumpur together.

Sky dining advisory: In the event that the revolving restaurant is closed (ie: urgent maintenance, religious holidays etc), guests will be notified in advance and a hotel buffet will be offered as a replacement.

Executive minivan advisory: While our largest executive minivan can legally carry up to 10 guests; we recommend a maximum of 6 large adults and 4 small teenagers (for the best comfort).

Food allergy advisory: Many Malaysian chefs have limited understanding of food allergies, guests are advised to consume all food at their own discretion.

Weather advisory: Malaysia's weather is warm and humid with occasional rain. Umbrellas will be provided in the event of wet weather.

Drive-thru border advisory: While guests are not required to stand-in-line at the drive-thru border, some waiting time (for in-vehicle passport checks) may be expected due to post-pandemic manpower shortages at the border.
